Q. Which airport do I fly to?

A. Hilton Head Airport (HHH)

Q. How many guests will attend the retreat?

A. To create safety and intimacy, a limited number of private guests will receive a private invitation to attend the retreat.

 

Q. What are the accommodations?

A. 5 Star Luxury Homes. Each home consists of 10 bedrooms, 12 baths, and 7,200 square feet.  8 King Suites and 2 bunk suites.

Q. Is early check-in and late check-out available?

A. Early arrival and late departure is not offered at this time. 

​

Q. Are meals provided?

A. Yes. Seasonal menu prepared by on-site chef for the nourishment of your body, mind, and spirit.

​

Q. What is included in the retreat package?

A. Accommodations, 2 Dinners, 1 Brunch/Lunch, 2 Breakfast, and all sessions. Note: Transportation, travel insurance, and personal spending are not included in the package.

Q. What are you doing to maintain Guest wellness & safety?

A.  Smaller group session size (15 guests max per session).

  • Temperature checks at check-in.

  • Increased individual king suite options.

  • Increased accommodations square footage. 7,200 square feet. 

  • Physical distancing between guests.

  • Wear a face mask (optional).

  • Sessions in open space - with fresh air recirculating.

  • Paper towels instead of hand towels in common spaces.

  • Hand sanitizer in all common spaces.

  • Sanitizing and cleaning protocol multiple times per day in all shared spaces

Q. What's the cost to reserve my spot?

A. A nonrefundable deposit of $150-250 is due at the time of booking (deposit amounts and dates are subject to change).

Q. When is my remaining balance due?

A. 50% of your remaining balance is due by April 30, 2021. The remaining 50% is due by August 1, 2021. You may also pay in full at booking. 

​

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. No refunds on cancellations after May 31, 2021. Cancellations made prior to May 31, 2021 are fifty percent refundable, non-refundable deposit is not included. If you need to cancel, your payment can be transferred to someone you know with no penalty.

Q. Is travel insurance required?

A. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. In the event of cancellation of the VIP Retreat, travel insurance will be necessary to obtain any reimbursement. Tiaralyn & Co. does not offer reimbursement under the guidelines of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mother nature and/or pandemics.

Q. What is the age requirement? 

A. Yes, 18+. All retreat attendees must be over the age of 18 for legal reasons. However, there is no age limit to our retreats.

​

Q. Will I need extra spending money?

A. Yes a little extra spending money. Although our aim is to make the retreats as inclusive as possible, the retreat price does not cover all meals, alcoholic beverages, snacks, souvenirs, or additional activities.

Q. Is there free time?

A. The retreat is designed so that most afternoons will be scheduled for free time. Free time is an opportunity for you to explore Hilton Head Island on your own terms, swim in the infinity pool, do an additional activity e.g. zip-lining or shopping, relax on the beach or simply read a book on your private balcony.

Q. What if I leave personal belongings at the Retreat?

A. Email info@tiaralyn.com. If your item is found, you will receive an invoice for shipping and handling. Once that is paid, it will be returned to you. Lost items are returned on the 1st of the month following your retreat.
